Patient Management
MedicaPlus maintains a centralized patient registration database. Patients are registered for all kinds of
medical care within the hospital from this module. The registration office is available in both Latin and
Localized user interfaces. Each patient has a unique lifetime Patient Identification Number (PID).
Duplication of patient IDs is eliminated by instant name checking and alerting. Patient biographic data is
captured upon registration.
