This clinical module includes assessment of all physical conditions that may affect the patient primarily or secondary to other diseases. History analysis of presenting symptoms and complaint can differentiate between primary and secondary conditions. General examination of bones, joints, and body tissues is essential.

Local examination of individual joints and areas in a bilateral comparative manner is also essential. Graphical presentation of body skeleton, joints and muscles helps physician to focus on site and extension of lesions.
