Pediatrics and Neonatology

General Pediatrics

Pediatrics management module is primarily designed to evaluate both physiological and pathological children conditions. Proper history analysis helps a lot with the diagnosis. General examination including body weight, height, heart rate, respiratory rate and other signs clears out abnormalities. Systemic examination of all body systems is essential.

Comparative developmental milestones are helpful, in addition to immunization check lists. Growth charts of boys and girls according to the international standards using percentiles are very helpful at diagnosis of early signs of physical retardation.
