General Gynaecology

Basic history and complaint analysis helps defining main patient problems. Complaint usually is composed of more than one item of conditions; vaginal discharge, bleeding, and pain usually are linked to most of encountered conditions. It is essential to analyze menstrual, medical, contraceptive, and obstetric histories. Examination is schematic and includes general examination, abdominal, vaginal, cervical, and bimanual examination.

            

Induction of Ovulation

Represents one of the main infertility management lines. It is used to initiate conception or as a part of IVF procedure. First day of last menstrual should be identified accurately. Hormonal monitoring of LH, FSH, and Prolactin levels are essential before induction is started. Graphical presentation of the cycle helps clinician to locate days and ovary response.

            

Infertility

One of the main components of Gynaecology Module; Infertility registry is designed to evaluate different factors that might contribute to the infertility status, whether primary or secondary. Female factors including hormonal, ovarian, tubal, cervical, and endometrial factors are assessed. Male factors including basic semen analysis and erectile dysfunction conditions. Past history of medical treatment or surgical interventions that may relate to the current infertility status, and final management decisions.
